American College of Cardiology: Scientific Session 19

A series of illustrations for the American College of Cardiology Scientific Session 19.

A series of illustrations for the ACC Scientific Session 2019, the major conference organized by the American College of Cardiology.

The American College of Cardiology (ACC), based in Washington, D.C., is a nonprofit medical association established in 1949. It bestows credentials upon cardiovascular specialists who meet its qualifications. Education is a core component of the college, which is also active in formulating health policy and supporting cardiovascular research.

I had the honor and pleasure of being commissioned by ACC's Creative Department to create a series of illustrations for its 2019 Scientific Session, held in New Orleans, Louisiana, in March.
Together with the ACC communication team, we have chosen a neofuturistic, colorful visual language to express optimism and align with the jazzy mood of the Louisiana metropolis.
