Will You? – Centered Mosaic Portrait of Woman in Turban | Modern Afro-Inspired Wall Art
“WILL YOU?”
Limited Edition Fine Art Print
Stillness isn’t silence.
A portrait built on symmetry and tension. The composition is perfectly centered. The stare is direct but never aggressive. The necklace? A line drawn across calm. She’s not asking a romantic question. She’s asking you something else:
Will you meet her gaze?
Will you step closer?
Will you stand still enough to see her fully?
ABOUT THE SERIES
The “African Bricks” collection is built, not painted.
“I draw inspiration from the brick-and-color patchwork of African townships — places like Soweto, where color is not decoration but declaration. These mosaics are constructed digitally, using thousands of fragments: shapes, stories, textures, rhythms. Each tile is a decision. Each face is a structure.
This series is my most collected work because it speaks clearly, even when the subject doesn’t.”
Charis Tsevis

“The question in the title isn’t rhetorical.
It’s personal.
And you can’t answer it casually.”
